If I could give Adam 10 stars, I would. I went to the open house and Adam was able to get me into the contract within 15 minutes of the beginning of the open house. The listing agent was very difficult to work with and would disappear for 2 to 3 days at a time. Adam and his team were relentless when it came to follow-up. To secure the contract we had to promise a 30-day close in a market where it is nearly impossible to get an appraisal in less than 2 weeks. The listing agent being MIA combined with third-party delays could have ended in disaster but Adam and his kept this deal from dying. I am grateful for the diligence and will be doing business with Adam as often as possible.
