A second-generation Florida native and second-generation mortgage professional, Charlie has built his career around helping clients navigate the lending process with clarity, confidence, and exceptional service. His ability to explain mortgage options in a straightforward and thoughtful way allows clients to better understand their choices and make informed decisions throughout the financing process.

Charlie began his mortgage career as a Home Loan Consultant with Countrywide Home Loans and has since gained extensive experience across the lending industry, including opening and leading multiple bank branches. This background gives him a broad understanding of mortgage products, underwriting considerations, and the importance of matching each client with the financing structure best suited to their individual objectives.

As part of The Worth Group’s extended concierge network, Charlie works with buyers seeking financing for primary residences, second homes, luxury properties, condominiums, new construction, pre-construction opportunities, and select investment properties. His role is to help clients evaluate lending options and identify solutions that complement the complexity and timing of a luxury real estate transaction.

Whether assisting with a purchase, refinance, interest-rate strategy, or overall mortgage planning, Charlie approaches each client relationship with the same goal: to provide responsive guidance, tailored solutions, and a high level of personal service from the initial conversation through closing.

Charlie attended Clemson University in South Carolina and remains a proud Clemson Tiger. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, and spending time in the mountains of North Carolina.
