Jacky Franco brings a dynamic blend of luxury real estate expertise, international perspective, and hospitality-driven service to The Worth Group. Specializing in Miami’s most desirable and fast-evolving neighborhoods, including Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, Midtown, and surrounding luxury markets, Jacky focuses on high-rise and mid-rise condominiums, pre-construction developments, condo-hotels, luxury rentals, investment properties, and international buyers.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Jacky is known for creating a smooth, thoughtful, and elevated experience for every client. Her ability to understand market trends, listen closely to her clients’ needs, and identify the right opportunities has allowed her to build long-lasting relationships throughout South Florida’s competitive real estate market.

Over the past several years, Jacky has helped more than 500 clients relocate to the Miami, Brickell, Downtown, Edgewater, and Midtown areas. She has also contributed to the leasing and property management of several large-scale luxury residential projects, ranging from 350 to 800 residences, giving her a strong operational understanding of Miami’s condominium and rental markets.

In addition to her work with The Worth Group, Jacky also represents in-house sales for Cipriani Residences Miami, one of Brickell’s most anticipated luxury residential developments. This role further reflects her deep connection to Miami’s pre-construction market and her ability to guide clients through branded residence opportunities with knowledge, professionalism, and care.

Born and raised in Mexico City, Jacky studied Hospitality Management before moving to the United States in 2001. Her background includes experience with renowned luxury hospitality brands such as Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Rosewood Hotels, where she developed a strong foundation in service, attention to detail, and client experience. Having called Brickell home for more than a decade, Jacky has witnessed Miami’s transformation into one of the most exciting, diverse, and desirable cities in the world.
