Jennifer Putnam brings more than two decades of experience across real estate, luxury hospitality, construction, and business development to The Worth Group. With a background shaped by real estate entrepreneurship, high-profile client service, and South Florida market expertise, Jennifer offers clients a sophisticated and well-rounded perspective when buying, selling, investing, or navigating new construction opportunities.

Raised in a family of real estate entrepreneurs, Jennifer developed an early appreciation for property, design, development, and client relationships. She began building her career in Fairfield County, Connecticut, where she served as Director of Sales for her family’s real estate construction and development firm. In that role, she was closely involved in the design, construction, marketing, and sale of single-family homes and townhome communities, giving her valuable insight into the full development process from concept to closing.

Jennifer’s career also includes extensive leadership experience in hospitality and business development. She helped launch and grow multiple family businesses in Connecticut, including an award-winning full-service catering venue, where she led sales and business development for upscale events of up to 1,000 guests. Her ability to build relationships, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional client experiences became a defining strength throughout her career.

After earning a degree in Fashion Design and Marketing from the International Fine Arts College in Miami, Jennifer began her real estate journey with Turner Construction, gaining hands-on experience during the development of the prestigious Fisher Island resort community. This early exposure to ultra-luxury development further deepened her passion for construction, architecture, and high-end residential real estate.

Having lived in several of South Florida’s most desirable communities, including Venetian Isles, North Bay Village, North Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, and Delray Beach, Jennifer has called Boca Raton home since 2013. Her knowledge of the region, combined with her expertise in luxury residential, commercial, investment, and second-home properties, allows her to guide clients with confidence, discretion, and strategic insight.

In addition to real estate, Jennifer is the Founder and CEO of All Mine Concierge Services, where she continues to serve the distinct needs of high-net-worth individuals and businesses. This concierge-driven approach naturally complements her work at The Worth Group, where personalized service, market intelligence, and elevated client care are central to every relationship.

Jennifer holds distinguished designations as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Resort & Second Home Property Specialist. Her background in new construction, luxury hospitality, business development, and client service makes her a trusted advisor for clients seeking to make meaningful real estate investments, transition into a new lifestyle, or achieve their real estate goals with clarity and confidence.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is deeply connected to the Boca Raton community. She is a member of the Boca Raton Historical Society, volunteers with Lynn Cancer Institute, and supports Dress for Success Palm Beaches. In her personal time, she enjoys staying active, spending time by the ocean, practicing yoga, exploring nature, and most importantly, cherishing time with her son, two daughters, and family.
