With over two decades of experience in real estate, hospitality, and business development,
Jennifer Putnam is a dynamic leader and sales professional with a proven track record of
success. Growing up in a family of real estate entrepreneurs, she developed an early passion
for the industry, which evolved into an admirable career spanning luxury properties, new
construction, and high profile client services.
Jennifer played a pivotal role as Director of Sales for her family’s real estate construction and
development firm in Fairfield County, Connecticut, where she led the design, construction, and
sales of single-family homes and townhome communities. She was also instrumental in
launching multiple family businesses in Connecticut, including an award-winning full-service
catering venue, where she was Director of Sales and Business Development, managing
upscale events for up to 1,000 guests. Under her leadership she significantly increased sales
year over year, driving substantial growth for all the companies she managed.
After earning a degree in Fashion Design and Marketing from the International Fine Arts College
in Miami, she launched her real estate career with Turner Construction, where she gained
invaluable, hands-on experience working onsite during the prestigious ultra-luxury resort
development of Fisher Island, Miami. This experience further fueled her passion and
strengthened her expertise in construction and development, ultimately shaping her future in
real estate.
Returning to Connecticut to raise her family, Jennifer continued building her extensive
experience in luxury home construction and multifamily properties. She later expanded her
professional reach by serving as Director of Sales and Business Development for three
prestigious South Florida restaurant groups, honing her skills in hospitality, luxury events, and
high-net-worth client relations. However, after witnessing the impact of COVID-19 on the
hospitality industry, she pivoted back to real estate full-time, leveraging her diverse background
to deliver exceptional service in the luxury market.
Having lived in numerous sought-after South Florida communities over the years—including
Venetian Isles, North Bay Village, North Miami Beach, Downtown Miami,
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, and Delray Beach—Jennifer has called Boca Raton home since 2013.
She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the South Florida market, specializing in luxury
residential, commercial, and investment properties. As the Founder and CEO of All Mine
Concierge Services, she continues to cater to the distinct needs of high-net-worth individuals
and businesses.
Beyond her professional achievements, Jennifer is actively involved in the Boca Raton
community. She is a member of the Boca Raton Historical Society, a dedicated volunteer at
Lynn Cancer Institute, and an avid supporter of Dress for Success Palm Beaches. In her free
time, she loves staying active, whether it’s exercising, unwinding by the ocean, practicing yoga,or exploring nature. Above all, she treasures quality time with her son, two daughters, and
Family.
