Linda Knayer serves as Executive Administrative Assistant to The Worth Group co-founders Adam J. Elmer Jr. and Marie Mangouta, supporting the leadership, organization, client experience, and day-to-day operations of the team.

With a professional background spanning luxury brand management, marketing, real estate transaction coordination, and client service, Linda brings a sophisticated and highly organized perspective to her role at The Worth Group. Her experience includes coordinating real estate transactions, reviewing contracts and closing documentation, managing timelines, and communicating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other parties throughout the closing process.

Before entering real estate, Linda built a career in luxury branding, fashion, and strategic marketing in Paris, New York, and South Florida. As a brand management consultant, she worked with agencies and clients across multiple industries on brand positioning, advertising, and growth strategies. Earlier in her career, she served in sales and marketing for a New York fashion brand, helping expand visibility and business across North America and Europe.

Her international background strongly complements The Worth Group’s global and concierge-driven approach to luxury real estate. Linda holds a Master’s degree in Luxury Brand Management from Istituto Marangoni in Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Politics from The American University of Paris.

Within The Worth Group, Linda works closely with Adam and Marie to help coordinate executive priorities, team operations, client communications, new development initiatives, and the many details required to deliver the highly personalized level of service expected by the team’s luxury clientele.

A French native who began her career in the luxury industry in Paris before transitioning to fashion in New York and later real estate in South Florida, Linda brings an international sensibility and an appreciation for service, presentation, and attention to detail.

She is multilingual, speaking native French and German as well as fluent Spanish, an asset that further supports The Worth Group’s relationships with international clients and partners.

Known for being detail-oriented, an active listener, and an initiative taker, Linda plays an integral role behind the scenes in ensuring that The Worth Group operates with the organization, responsiveness, and elevated service standards that define the brand.
